If the un-insured is paying off a balance the account must be paid in full within sixty (60) calendar days from the date of service to receive thirty percent (30%) discount.
If the account it past the sixty (60) day window, the patient is eligible to receive a twenty percent (20%) discount.
If an under-insured patient is completely paying off a balance of any amount, the patient is eligible to receive a twenty-percent (20%) discount.
