IT Technician

I.T. TECHNICIAN:  Full time position with benefits. High School diploma or equivalent.  Must be able to identify, analyze and troubleshoot a wide range of complex technical computer and network related problems effectively in a health care facility.  The I.T. Technician will resolve hardware, software and network-related problems encountered by end-users of the network, the internet, PCs and new computer technology.  Configure and install Windows workstations in response to the demands of a complex network design.  Certify and troubleshoot campus and remote campus network cabling infrastructure, including a wide variety of local area network equipment and software.  Will also be first level trouble-call response, responsible for enterprise backup and restore operations.
